Detangling wet hair with a hard steel comb is likely to cause problems and I advise against it!
4. Split ends can be taken away in this manner: take hold of your hair in small pieces and carefully twist them downwardly and smoothly. The sticking out bits will be your split ends. Using sharp scissors, carefully cut into the twisted section, but not right through, in order to dispense with all damaged bits the layered effect that results is one of naturalness. Remove approximately a similar quantity in order to create a balance in each twisted piece of hair.
5. Hair loss can be slowed, or even reversed by applying a few simple tips, though they probably won't cure a condition that underlies. Hair follicles can be revigorated by the use of biotin: mix together yoghurt with bananas and honey along with milk, preferably the low fat variety, and drink it daily. Vitamin B6, will assist, as should the addition of palmetto and also zinc, and lowering stress levels as well as obtaining enough slumber might be as much beneficial as anything.
