Using sharp scissors, carefully cut into the twisted section, however, avoiding the actual cutting through of the hair bit, to take away the split ends the layered effect that results is one of naturalness. Cut roughly the same amount from each twist to balance the effect.

5. The loss rate of one's hair may be diminished, by the application of several ideas, however, it is unlikely to effect a cure on a disease or condition already there. Hair follicles can be revigorated by the use of biotin: honey, bananas and yoghurt blended together with low fat milk, and drink it daily. The use of vitamin b6, along with palmetto and zinc is likely to be of benefit as well, getting rid of all stressful things in your life and getting plenty of sleep may work just as well.
