Understanding women's hair cuts + pictures
The hair on your head is probably your finest feature. Handle your hair carefully so that it will shine and flow with beauty always. You don't always need expensive treatments, or hairdresser appointments so that your hair is properly managed. There's so much you can do yourself.
1. To achieve hair that is healthy and shiny think first of your body's intake. Your crowning glory is a kind of reflection of the condition of your whole body. A good balanced, nutritious and healthy diet will achieve a better shiny hairstyle than all the fancy product available. Eight or ten half pints of water taken a day is what you should aim for; the hair on your head is made up of seventy five % solid, and twenty five % water!
2. After washing your hair, dry it in a normal room by air drying once you've used a moisture absorbing towel to remove any excess water, and only rub gently, of course. If possible, don't use blowdrying, flat irons, hot rollers or curling irons. Using heat that is not natural is likely to cause damage and make your hair brittle over time. Be natural whenever you can.
3. You should not damage your hair unecessarily. Only use a hair brush that is right. For wet hair comb with a wide toothed comb, starting at the end and working back to the roots, but avoiding touching the root. Detangling wet hair with a hard steel comb is likely to cause problems and I advise against it!
4. Get rid of your split ends by doing this: take hold of your hair in small pieces then twisting gently making a motion that is downward and gentle. All the ends that are split will stand out. Using sharp scissors, carefully cut into the twisted section, however, avoiding the actual cutting through of the hair bit, to take away the split ends the layered effect that results is one of naturalness. Dispense with an approximation of an amount that is the same from each twist to balance the effect.
5. A diminishing effect on the loss rate of a person's hair can be achieved, or even reversed by applying a few simple tips, however, it is unlikely to effect a cure on a condition that underlies. Biotin can help to regenerate hair follicles: honey, bananas and yoghurt blended together with low fat milk, consume the whole on a day to day basis. Vitamin B6, zinc and saw palmetto will help too, and lowering stress levels in addition to having adequate shuteye will do wonders too.
The human race seems to have an obsession about its hair, whatever age or sex we are. Look after yourself first and foremost and then the hair you have will be in fine condition too in direct proportion to the effort you put in. Samson in the Bible had immense strength that was rooted in the hair on his head.
